    General Registration ($0) entitles the attendee to all of the following:

  • Access to the exhibit hall (all hours) including tasting pavilions (age 21+).
  • Access to all seminars in the Educational Seminars including the keynote (excludes training opportunities, which require a separate registration)
  • Access to all activities on the Chef Demonstration Stage.
  • Minimum Age Requirement: All attendees must be at least 16 years of age, no exceptions.
  • Exhibitor Registration: All exhibitors need to register booth staff through the Exhibitor Login page.
  • ProStart Students: Please note special hours for ProStart students to attend are Monday, April 22 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. High school students involved in the ProStart culinary program who are 16 years of age or older are welcome to attend the show during student hours - this will be strictly enforced.
